The size of my drawing is 8 1/2 inches tall by 3 1/2 inches wide and I used colored pencils. My art is supposed to represent the excitement and joy that a person feels in life. Sometimes we know why we get excited, but sometimes you are filled with a feeling of anticipation and excitement of something great and joyous to come without having any idea as to what the cause is. Also, during these trying times it is important to remember to celebrate the little things and show people how happy they make you when they are around no matter where you are in the world. It makes both you and them feel better on the inside to show and receive gratitude, elation, and appreciation. The reason I chose to make my character Scottish is because of my dad’s love of Scotland that has inspired me to incorporate Scottish elements into multiple of my other art.
